Thesis
Bitcoin is a scarce digital asset with the most secure network; Ethereum is the settlement layer for tokenised assets. Vietnam now legally recognises digital assets and is piloting exchanges, lowering legal risk for long-term holding. DCA removes the need to time the market.
Rules
Entry
Fixed monthly buy; double the buy when price is below 1.2× the 200-week MA.
Exit
No price-based selling. Trim (≤ 20% of book) only by Committee decision when crypto exceeds 15% of fund NAV.
Sizing
BTC ≥ 60%, ETH ≤ 30%, other ≤ 10% of book.
Risk limits
- No lending, no staking via centralised third parties
- Never more than 5% of the book on exchanges
KPIs
- BTC/ETH units rise every quarter
- Cold-wallet recovery test every 6 months
